Michael joined the AMC Group in 1974 becoming Managing Director of Mountstar Metal Corporation in 1985.
In 2000 he took on the additional responsibility of Managing Director of Brookside Metals. Michael is Senior Vice President
of the Non Ferrous Division of the BIR as well as currently deputy President of the British Metals Recycling Association. |

| Bob Holt |
| Position: General Manager / Director |
Bob joined Mountstar in 1987 as Production Director. He previously worked in metal powder production, crushed products
and other metal recycling operations where part of his remit was research & development and experience of metals industry.
In 2004 Bob took responsibility for Brookside Metal Company as the Director & General Manager. |

| Ian Kerr |
| Position: Position: Operations Director |
Ian joined Brookside in 1998 and has 40 years experience in non-ferrous ingot production, both Copper base and Aluminium base alloys.
His expertise is in the technical aspects of production, but also has a wealth of commercial experience.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and a Member of the Chartered Quality Institute. |

| Mike Hackett |
| Position: Sales & Purchasing Director |
Mike started his career in 1980 when he joined IMI Refiners (Copper
refiners) as a Commercial Graduate Trainee.
In 1985 he transferred to IMI Wolverhampton Metal Ltd (Copper Alloy Ingot manufacturers) where he joined the sales and purchasing department. In 1988 Mike joined Brookside Metal Company as a UK Sales Manager where he is responsible for developing and supporting domestic sales, sourcing scrap/primary metals and controlling Brookside's metal position. |

| Position: Sales & Marketing Director |
Richard joined Brookside in 1994. His main focus is ingot exports, but he also purchases and trades metals.

Steve has over 20 years experience in technical and commercial roles within the non-ferrous metals industry.
He joined Brookside in 2004 and has responsibility for sales of Copper master alloys and catalyst alloy powders. |

Karen joined Brookside Metal Company in 1981 and has a wealth of experience in purchasing raw material feed stock used
in the Brookside operation. Additionally, she fulfills a support role function within the Commercial office at Brookside Metals. |
