High purity materials are sourced to produce the Master Alloys, to ensure minimal amount of impurities in the end product.

What’s the benefit of using them?
Adding virgin metals to a melt can be inefficient in terms of energy and resultant metal yield. To overcome this problem, Brookside produce the pre-alloyed materials or Master Alloys to remove the hassle for customers and as we use virgin materials, we can ensure our customers are getting the best value for money.

The Master Alloys are produced in waffle plate or cut pieces, depending on the individual’s preference.

Copper Based Master Alloys

Brookside specialise in the production of Copper Master Alloys, which are often used for electrical applications. As materials of high purity are used, the potential for contamination is reduced resulting in Master Alloys of high quality and conductivity, properties required for electrical applications.
